Captain Mona Shindy, CSC, is a distinguished retired Naval officer with over three decades of leadership experience spanning military and business domains. A trailblazer in male-dominated environments, she has navigated complex challenges with resilience, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Drawing on her extensive expertise, she now serves as an international keynote speaker and strategic leadership consultant, empowering individuals and organisations to embrace innovation, cultural transformation, and effective management practices.

With a strong academic foundation in Engineering, Commerce (Advanced Major in Organisation and Management Studies), and a Master’s in Politics and Policy, Mona has consistently driven impactful change. As a highly successful project director and change agent, she has led major organisational reforms, advocating for workplace diversity, inclusion, and policies that foster a healthy work-life balance. Her contributions to strategic intercultural advisory work were recognised in 2015 when she was awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross and named the National Telstra Business Woman of the Year.
